ryan is a busy man. along with a full time job he runs a record label and also makes music as well... He needed an area in his apt for his music set up. I built a desk to hold his records, turn tables, keyboards, Mac, speakers etc... I installed it seamlessly into a small niche in his apt and now he has an amazing workstation. And now he's ready to rock.

a table and benches...

I recently built a table and pair of benches for a couple of guys that are living in the financial district. They found a table they liked on the crate&barrel website and asked me to use it for the basic idea. The benches they were less concerned about. Here are a few pics....


The table top is birch veneer, and benches are pine. The stain I used is Minwax 'dark walnut'. The table ended up being very sturdy yet not too heavy, and when they need to move the legs are easily removable..
